4KVOL Refund and Returns Policy

You can request a refund for nearly any purchase on 4KVOL IPTV for any reason. Maybe your Internet doesn’t meet the requirements; maybe your device is broken; It doesn’t matter. 4KVOL IPTV will, upon request via contact@4kvol.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within 7 days of purchase, but even if you fall outside of the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look.

You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a 24h of approval. You will receive the refund in your bank or through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. –we will refund completely only purchases which have been done in less than 7-days. All other refund requests (if the purchase was made more than 7 days before the refund request) will be returned partially according to the used period of the subscription. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.

You are free to have a short period to test before you order a longer period with us. We would like to point out that we also offer a Monthly package, so you’re not at our firm for a long time.

Note: Refund usually takes 20-30 work days to take place and it’s not in our hand to reduce this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests. We will refund any users immediately after seeing the request and checking user information.

We will not be able to make any refunds (or make a partial refund) if:


-Customer didn’t satisfy/like the Channel line-up or performance. We suggest every customer go for Test before buying Subscriptions.

-Customer is unable to set up their own box at their end. We will provide our support to set up their boxes, however, because we do not know about the circumstances with the box, our support is limited to pre-defined steps for configurations.

If some channels are freezing or not working. Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes channels do freeze or doesn’t work due to various reasons.

However, most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by below reasons:

1. Customer internet fluctuations

2.Issue with the box

3.Your ISP Has issue.

4.Issue with the box

5.Channel is down from server end

6.Customer change his/her mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers

7.Customer can still subscribe to other servers by purchasing new subscription.

-In case user/customer not able to setup IPTV service on any of the devices within 1 days of activation, we will refund 100{%} of their subscription purchase price.
